Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

nypost.comhas been postponed until 2022, according to Variety.Representatives for Bieber did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Post.Bieber’s tour had booked indoor venues where COVID restrictions may be more strict than outdoor arenas.
The 27-year-old was expected to kick off in San Diego and include other Golden State venues. There is still much uncertainty that all counties in California — which has shown a decline in coronavirus cases — will have allowed full capacity for indoor shows in June.
Bieber’s site currently still lists other tour stops in states including Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington State, Missouri, Minnesota and IllinoisMany major music venues are fully booked into 2022, according to Variety, after.
