Abdelllkader Heni, 27, was accused of killing Ammar Terbeche, 32, during a row in Rochdale town centre last September. But after deliberating for nine hours and 24 minutes a jury, on Wednesday afternoon at Minshull Street Crown Court told judge Maurice Greene that they couldn't reach a verdict.
