Julianne Hough Reflects on Her 'Harry Potter' Cameo, Reveals Crush on Daniel Radcliffe & Talks Meeting Emma Watson Again Years Later

In the process, she fessed up to crushing on franchise star Daniel Radcliffe and opened up about meeting Emma Watson again years later. Read more about Julianne Hough’s Harry Potter memories… During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Julianne told Kelly Clarkson that she had “just read all of the books” when she got the opportunity to audition for the movie. “I remember I clearly was American because I was like, ‘Can I audition for Hermoin,’” she recalled, noting that she mispronounced Hermione’s name.
She also opened up about crushing on Daniel and a gift that she gave him: “We were in Gloucestershire shooting a scene, and it was Valentine’s Day.
I actually got him a Beanie Baby. It was Valentino, wrote him a love note.” Did Daniel respond? Julianne said she didn’t know if he ever even got the gift.
