Josh Ginnelly and Lawrence Shankland will be available to face Celtic in the Scottish Cup quarter-final on Saturday.Robbie Neilson gave Hearts fans the good news after their 3-1 defeat at Parkhead on Scottish Premiership duty.
Top scorer Shankland wasn't in the squad, with Neilson confirming before the game that he was out through injury. Ginnelly took up the mantle and headed Hearts in front before being forced ahead of half-time after Daizen Maeda equalised.Kyogo and Sead Haksabanovic completed the runaround despite a spirited display from the Jambos.
The pair will do battle again on Saturday for a place in the last four of the cup, and the hosts will have their preferred striking duo in the squad. "He'll be available," said Neilson of Ginnelly. "The only one is (Yutaro) Oda, who got a knock on the foot so he'll go for a scan.
The rest of them will be available for the weekend." Asked if that included Shankland, Neilson said yes.The Tynecastle boss was pleased with his his much changed team performed, but admitted they still have a ways to go before he's truly satisfied, which will only come form victories in Glasgow.
