Record Sport understands St Johnstone have submitted a six-figure offer to the Dingwall outfit as they look to tempt Malky Mackay's men to sell this month.
White has been a key man up front for Mackay this term making 26 appearances so far this term, and has netted four of Count's 15 league goals so far this term - with County rooted to the bottom of the table and the top flight scoring charts.
White joined County in January 2021 after a brief six-month spell at Motherwell, where he failed to score for the Steelmen.It remains to be seen if the towering attacker will be allowed to leave the Highlands.
