Johnny Depp
John Christopher Depp II (born June 9, 1963) is an American actor, singer, producer, and musician. He has been nominated for ten Golden Globe Awards, winning one for Best Actor for his performance of the title role in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2008), and has been nominated for three Academy Awards for Best Actor, among other accolades. He is regarded as one of the world's biggest film stars. Depp made his film debut in the 1984 film A Nightmare on Elm Street, before rising to prominence as a teen idol on the television series 21 Jump Street (1987–1990). He had a supporting role in Oliver Stone's 1986 war film Platoon and played the title character in the 1990 romantic fantasy Edward Scissorhands.

Johnny Depp Makes Surprise Appearance at Jeff Beck Concert in England Amid Defamation Trial

Johnny Depp is giving fans a big surprise! The 58-year-old entertainer made a surprise appearance at his pal Jeff Beck‘s latest concert on Sunday night (May 29) in Sheffield, England. Click inside to read more… While on stage, Johnny and Jeff performed their 2020 collab “Isolation,” which was a remake of John Lennon‘s 1970 song.

They also performed covers of Marvin Gay’s “What’s Going On” and Jimi Hendrix’s “Little Wing.” Jeff is currently on tour across the U.K.

and there are rumors that Johnny may join him at his next two tour stops at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 30 and 31, however, nothing has been confirmed. Johnny is taking a little bit of break from his high-profile defamation court case against ex-wife Amber Heard in the United States.

Just a few days before, Johnny and the 36-year-old actress’ lawyers presented their closing arguments and now the jury is in deliberation.
