Jason Manford inundated with support from fans after 'heartbreaking' family loss

On Monday, the 42-year-old posted a series of images in tribute to his nana, whose funeral he had recently attended. He shared four throwback snaps and five images in total with his 381,000 followers, including a recent picture of the pair beaming in front of The Ivy restaurant in Manchester.
In another photograph, Jason and his relative - who he fondly names as "Nana Manford" - can be seen arm-in-arm inside a pub.
A firm Manchester City supporter, a third photograph posted by the comedian shows his late nana holding up a sky blue scarf with the phrase 'Man City' written on it.
