Jane Levy is getting candid about Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist‘s cancellation. It was announced last week that NBC’s musical series had been cancelled after two seasons and would not be moving to the network’s streaming service, Peacock.
The show’s star Jane Levy shared her thoughts on the show ending in an interview with Vanity Fair published Monday (June 14). Click inside to read what she said… “I’m sorry, but I have to say this: I look at the new NBC lineup, and it’s like, ‘Okay, we could watch a lot of shows about crime and guns,’” Jane told the outlet. “Our show is about love.
It’s a real shame to take that off the air. I feel like it’s the wrong move.” She added that the news about the show not returning completely shocked her.
