James Argent appears happy and healthy as he plays tennis after 13 stone weight loss

The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 34, has shed over 13 stone after undergoing life-saving gastric band surgery last year in 2021 to get his health in order, and has been regularly working out to maintain the his new weight.
After proudly showing off his weight loss during a holiday to Spain last month, James, also known as Arg, recently enjoyed a game of tennis in the sunshine before hitting the gym for a gruelling workout. "All the gear no idea," the star jokingly wrote on Instagram, alongside a snap of himself wearing an all-white ensemble.
James could be seen sporting a white polo shirt, shorts and a cream track jacket from designer Sergio Tacchini in the photo, which was taken in an outdoor car park.
