The heavy scenes actually started during Friday's episode when Faith Dingle accidentally revealed to daughter-in-law Moira Dingle she was considering taking her own life as her cancer continued to progress.
Earlier this year the character, played by Sally Dexter, was given the devastating news her cancer was back and that it was terminal.
She has since endeavored to make the most of the time she has left with no treatment, much to her daughter Chas' upset. However, her health has taken a downward turn with her suffering more spells of confusion, the latest being with grandson Kyle, confusing him for her son, and his dad, Cain.
