The actor, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, took to Instagram with a video which he posted to his Stories.
Jack is loved up with his influencer girlfriend Hanni Treweek, who worked behind the scenes on Corrie. The loved-up gave their first-ever joint interview on Loose Women back in November 2020 where they revealed how they met. "We started talking at a mutual friend’s wedding," Hanni explained. "We just kind of clicked and he made me laugh a lot that night, it didn’t really go anywhere from that but then we met each other in Sainsbury’s.
I had no make-up on, I was bright red, I was sweating, I was so embarrassed." "We fell in love quite quickly, we clicked and were on the same page," Hanni said on the ITV show. "I think we’d like to in the future," she added when asked about the couple's future plans.
