Irvine Vics have announced former Maryhill boss Alan Kelly as their new manager, 10 days after Brian McLuckie quit the hotseat.
Kelly brings with him long-time assistant manager Kevin Lafferty and coach Wil Devlin.Kelly and Lafferty spent 16 months at Maryhill before resigning from their posts in October 2019.Previous to that, the duo had a 14-year spell in charge of amateur outfit Arthurlie United.Irvine Vics secretary David Loach said all three men have backgrounds and experience at all levels of football.He added: "The new management team will get straight to work meeting the new players at the upcoming training sessions and assessing the team for the upcoming West of Scotland Conference A season."Pre-season fixtures are still booked in.
