The famous couple - who share three children - are childhood sweethearts who are still totally smitten with each other. But as All About You hitmaker Tom gets ready to show off his dance skills on tonight's Strictly launch show, it's emerged that a long time before they were married and had kids, the pair had a secret split.

Despite them being couple goals, they did suffer a break-up once and spent 14 months apart, Giovanna previously revealed. She talked about how she struggled to get Tom off her mind - which made her realise that he was "the one".
