GRAND Designs' award-winning barn conversion took TEN years to complete. House on the Hill, a stunning eighteenth century farmhouse in Gloucestershire, was given the title of House of the Year 2021 by the Channel 4 show last year.

The amazing property, which overlooks the Wye Valley, was designed by Alison Brooks Architects and was completed in four phases.

The three-storey farmhouse was converted into a "vast gallery space" and is connected to a new two-storey wing extension that looks out onto the beautiful hillside of the Forest of Dean.

It features a dining room, kitchen and living space. The impressive pad also boasts two bedrooms, an office and a terrace. There is also a gallery of stunning Indian and African sculptures displayed around the property.
