The BBC Breakfast presenter took to Instagram with a series of snaps of the impressive room at The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel.
Dan, 44, told his Instagram fans he had been given the "best news ever" as he was upgraded to the sprawling royal suite at the swanky hotel.
The star has been staying at the Spice Girls hotel - where the girl band filmed the video for their hit Wannabe in 1996 - while he works in the city.
