A 'shook up' mum of five has sent her heartfelt thanks to a kind stranger who rushed to help her son in Wilkos. Wallasey woman Clare Jones, 38, was with her children in the homeware store at 3.30pm, just before shops closed on Sunday.
She told her children to stay put for a moment while she grabbed an item from the shelves in the Wallasey Wilkos. But the mum felt 'panicked' when she heard her four-year-old son Sam's scream, recognising it as a cry of pain.
