Droves of shoppers have flocked to Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop in Oxfordshire after it reopened in early February.
It is well known following the success of Amazon Prime series Clarkson's Farm, but the shop, which sits on the TV presenter's 1,000 acre property, is notoriously pricey, reports the Mirror.
Curious to see if the products lived up to the price tag, the Mirror's Ariane Sohrabi-Shiraz went along to buy the ingredients for a fry up and compare them to those from a normal supermarket. READ MORE: 'I left school in Salford at 16 - now I'm a millionaire with a Lamborghini and a Cheshire mansion' The Farm Shop itself is tiny, and sells items produced at the farm as well as at nearby places in the Cotswolds – but It's estimated that the prices there are 200% more expensive than the nearest supermarket Aldi, according to the Evesham Journal.
I joined the back of the queue at 10.30am on a Thursday morning, and it took an hour to get to the front. Finally inside, I picked up some bacon, sausages, eggs and a loaf of bread and before I paid I had no idea what the total would be as some of the costs weren't displayed.
