Many people have been left in limbo whilst waiting for PCR results this Christmas Eve. As the big day looms, frustrated and angry people across the North West have been isolating whilst waiting for their results to come back.

Some have been waiting up to four or five days with no result, others said it took almost a week to get a text or email notifying them.
