Tulisa was embroiled in a five-year dispute with Will. I. Am.The N-Dubz star successfully pursued legal action against the musician for allegedly taking her song Scream and Shout, which was later released by Will.I.Am and Britney Spears in 2012.Tulisa, currently a contestant on I'm A Celebrity, won the lawsuit, asserting that she co-wrote the song that went on to become Britney's first UK number one hit in eight years.
Tulisa had initially intended to include Scream and Shout on her debut album, The Female Boss. She was subsequently awarded 10 percent of the worldwide publishing rights and income from the 2012 hit single, reports the Daily Star.This revelation comes after Tulisa's appearance on Fearne Cotton's Happy Place podcast, where she discussed her legal battle with the presenter.
When asked by Fearne about her current relationship with Will.I.Am, Tulisa confessed that she wasn't bothered by him. "I've seen him out and just been like 'you alright mate?' I'm not a**ed.
