Olivia was surrounded by pregnancy speculation after quitting the show just 24 hours into camp life. In fact, she was forced to leave I'm A Celeb after breaking the show's strict Covid rules.
The model and TV host wanted to return to camp after leaving to deal with a medical issue, but this was not possible. Now it appears she has been struck down by a sickness bug.
