HOMES Under the Hammer host Martin Roberts has slammed Strictly Come Dancing bosses for refusing to take his calls. The presenter admitted he was feeling "cheesed off" as he appealed for help to get himself on the next series of BBC dancing competition.

In a frank video posted to his Twitter account, the father-of-two announced: "Hey, Martin here, I need your help. "I’m just sitting outside a house filming in Coventry and you know what?

I’m a bit cheesed off." Martin, who earlier this month was left "distraught" after he was forced to put his beloved dog Rolo to sleep, went on: "It’s been a really rough few weeks and I’ve just heard that Strictly, which is something that I’d absolutely love to do, won’t even have a phone call with me to see.
