Holly Willoughby was forced to step in during a fiery debate between Vanessa Feltz and Matthew Wright on Wednesday's This Morning.
During the latest instalment, Vanessa, 60, and Matthew, 57, discussed current news, including reports of a slimmed down monarchy and coronation.
Giving his opinion as they debated the topic, Matthew declared: "Out of respect, I've kept my mouth shut for more than a week.
I'm still doing my best to keep my real feelings subdued. "I think we should worry about people starving before we worry about putting magnificent jewels on people's magnificent heads. That's just how I am, it's never going to change!" However, Vanessa was quick to fire back as she pointed out: "For all we know, the new King might be talking about some level of self-funding!" To which the two presenters then started arguing about inheritance tax as Vanessa retorted: "Look, you're an adorable guy but you've had an excellent career as a tabloid journalist. The way you speak in headlines shows why you were such a successful tabloid journalist." With Matthew hitting back: "But you're the one that's doing tabloid telly, Vanessa!" To which Phillip Schofield and co-host Holly were forced to step in as the latter declared: "You two, behave yourselves!" It comes after Holly and Phil broke their silence over the criticism they've faced since visiting the Queen's Lying-in-State at Westminster Hall.
