Helen Skelton has joked she is 'ruining her kids' lives as she shared the reality of motherhood with her followers. It came after the Countryfile host took to Instagram over the weekend and said there were 'no words needed' as she marked Mother's Day.
The mum-of-three, who made it all the way to the final of Strictly Come Dancing at the end of last year with Gorka Marquez, took to Instagram with an image of herself during the BBC One show's live arena tour earlier this year with her children - Ernie, Louis, and Elsie Kate - as well as her mum, Janet.
The black and white snap showed the group in the empty arena with some of the Strictly Live set up just on show behind them. "Happy Mother's Day.
No words needed," Helen captioned the post with a red heart.
