Helen, who is best-known for playing Rosie Webster on Coronation Street, took to Instagram on Sunday morning, as she spoke about the difficulties of parenting whilst making a morning drink.
She was dressed casually in a black top and showed off her natural beauty without a scrap of makeup, whilst her blonde hair was scraped back into a bun.
Helen explained to the camera: "I fell asleep with the kids last night. So Delilah does this thing where she will not go to sleep without me, not a chance, she will just scream and scream and scream. "Gosh, she's nearly five, but honestly, she won't go to sleep without me.
