The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy snow across a large area of Scotland and northern England. Heavy snow is expected across the central belt, Strathclyde, Perthshire and the Highlands.Another yellow weather warning for the east coast of Scotland has been issued from 9am today to midnight as strong winds and some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely.The snow warning lasts from 11am to midnight with travel disruption likely especially over higher routes.What Scots hit with snow in these regions can expect, the Met Office said, are possible travel delays on roads with some stranded vehicles and passengers, plus possible rail and air delays and cancellations.There is a slight chance that some rural
