Simon Charles Raith, from Accrington, has been making his grandmother's life 'a misery' for a decade by harassing her and asking for money for drugs, Preston Crown Court was told.

LancsLive reports how the 31-year-old is subject to a restraining order banning him from contacting Glenys Dean or his parents Peter Raith and Jane Beardsmoor.
