Harry and Meghan 'open up home' to friends fleeing devastating LA wildfires as they make plea

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex issued a statement last night as they faced potential evacuation from their £23million Montecito home.The pair are reported to have invited their nearest and dearest in the area to stay with them as they flee the devastation, and they're also believed to have donated a raft of supplies to relief funds for clothing, items for kids and other vital items.The couple's home, which they share with children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, is located just 60 miles from blazes spreading across Malibu.
Sources have already revealed that Harry and Meghan are poised to evacuate themselves if need be and are in a "crisis mode" in preparation.
The Mirror reports that their security team has been working on an evacuation plan and packing essentials for the Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.
