Hamilton striker Andy Ryan opted for the part-time approach after leaving Dunfermline - and he hopes to show his former employers what they are missing this Saturday.The striker endured a difficult spell over three years at East End Park before leaving in 2020 for League Two side Stirling Albion.Ryan started his career at Accies and returned to his first club in the summer after a successful spell with the Binos, and he'll face Dunfermline at the weekend..Hamilton's forward still worked in Dunfermline last season - at the town's Amazon warehouse.
It was in order to gain working experience off the pitch.But he says the decision and his spell at Stirling all worked out for the best.
Hamilton are sixth in the Championship ahead of facing the Pars who find themselves bottom of the league.Ryan said: "It's one of my former clubs and I spent three seasons there.
Hopefully I can go back to East End and get a goal and a good result."It was difficult. I picked up a bad injury when I was there.
