Hallmark Channel's 'The Love Club: Nicole's Pen Pal' Focuses On The Power of Female Friendship, Star Brittany Bristow Says
justjared.comHallmark Channel‘s newest movie is all about the power of female friendships! The Love Club stars Brittany Bristow, Lily Gao, Chantel Riley, and Camille Stopps as four tight-knit pals who are on lookout for true love.
In the first movie, titled Nicole’s Pen Pal, finds the newly engaged Nicole (Bristow) having second thoughts as she wonders if the one she’s really meant to be with is her mystery college pen pal (Marcus Rosner) whose letters she has kept all these years.
Apart from the typical love story at the center of the flick, Brittany has opened up about the importance of the female friendships in the movie, too. “We had a really incredible opportunity to build real friendships and rely on each other.
I think each of our individual personalities was a huge part of why we were cast in the roles that we were put in,” she told TV Fanatic in a recent interview. “As a result, we had an opportunity to lean on each other in a similar way that the characters did.” Brittany added that the four women were “there for each other in the mornings.
