According to The Mirror, one woman was left "utterly gobsmacked" when she ended up paying a grand total of £300 on a cut and colour from a hair salon in London after lockdown.
She revealed the details in a post on Mumsnet asking if she was overreacting or whether this was an average amount to charge.
