Whitburn by dumbfounded cops who noticed the car had not even been tied down.The red Skoda was seen teetering precariously off the back of the recovery vehicle after the driver's winch broke.

Cops soon stopped the vehicle and slapped the driver with a fixed penalty notice at the roadside.Writing about the incident, Road Policing Scotland said: “Livingston Roads Policing stopped this recovery truck last night near Whitburn.“The winch broke and the driver felt it was okay to transport a car in this position and without it being tied down.“Issued a conditional offer for dangerous load.“Vehicle prevented from being driven until vehicle removed.”The scene has caused disbelief among social media users.One person said: “Some people have no.

Gang of 15 men violently attack two men and women in horror Scots park attack
