Gwyneth Paltrow recalled the "crazy" experience giving birth to her daughter, Apple Martin, and revealed she nearly died in the process.

The Goop founder opened up about the two cesareans she had — one for Apple, 17, and one for son Moses, 15 — and how they left her with a "big scar."  "My daughter was an emergency, it was crazy, we almost died.

It was like not good," she shared on the "Armchair Expert" podcast Monday. Gwyneth Paltrow hosts a panel discussion at the JVP International Cyber Center grand opening in Feb.
