Police were scrambled to Gorton Cemetery as Clive Pinnock's family and friends paid tribute to him, following reports of shots being fired.

Mohammed Umar, 24, admitted firearms offences on the day he was due to go on trial. He is due to be sentenced next month. Umar's barrister said the defendant was not associated with a gang and claimed he had acted under 'pressure'.
