Josh Sellis, 28, made the decision to pop the question to Liv Gardner, 26, eight months ago when they learnt their band, Monastery, had won a competition to play on the main stage at a festival.
The couple have been together nearly four years, and formed the band just before lockdown. Josh, who bought the ring in August and hid it in his bedside table so Liv, who works in PR, wouldn't find it, got down on one knee in footage which was projected onto giant screens, on August 20.
