Greater Manchester weekend weather as sunny spells predicted
manchestereveningnews.co.ukWeather-wise, Greater Manchester has seen it all in the past few weeks. We've been battered by sleet, snow, hail, rain, gusty winds and below-freezing temperatures.
Cold weather warnings, as well as yellow and amber snow and ice warnings, were issued by the Met Office as temperatures plummeted and the white stuff fell, causing chaos on roads last week.
But, with spring just around the corner, the last couple of days have seen temperatures become more mild, reaching up to 15C in some areas.
