direct to your inboxA seven-year-old girl is the fourth person to die after a house fire in Exeter, police have confirmed.Officers were called to the blaze, in the St David’s area of the city, at around 5.30am on Sunday, February 21.

Kaylie Rudge, 28, her husband Daniel Rudge, 29, and their four-year-old daughter, Lillie-Rose Rudge, died in the fire, police said in a statement.Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed today one of three other children taken to hospital following the blaze has died from her injuries after she was left in a critical condition.The two other children, a nine-year-old boy and a four-year-old boy, who is the twin brother of Lillie-Rose, are receiving treatment at Bristol Children’s Hospital.Superintendent Antony Hart.
