Emma has been waiting for an operation to fix three holes in her heart for months. The worried husband shared his first post on Instagram late last night and said: "Very hard very stressful very emotional day. "Crazy what life throws at you sometimes.
Big day for our family tomorrow." And Gaz, 34, followed up his first today with a tribute to the 30-year-old and praised her devotion to their daughter Primrose and son Chester.
