when she was involved in a crash, according to the California Highway Patrol report obtained by People. Haley was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and for driving on the wrong way on the freeway causing injury.
When law enforcement arrived at the scene of the crash, Haley was unable to get out of her car and the Pasadena Fire Department had to use the jaws of life to “extract” her.
The other was hospitalized with major injuries. According to the report, Haley was also allegedly involved in a hit-and-run incident before the freeway crash.
