Gemma proudly watched as three-year-old Mia enjoyed spending time in their home gym with her dad Gorka Marquez. Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka was Mia's gym buddy as she followed his moves with some toy weights of her own.
Gemma shared a clip of father and daughter lifting weights together and performing kettlebell swings. In another clip posted on Gemma's Instagram Gorka, 32, beamed as he held onto Mia's hand as she had a go running on a non-electric treadmill.
Hits Radio presenter Gemma shared the super-sweet clip with the motivating song Hearts on Fire from the Rocky IV film. Gemma, who is expecting her second child with fiance Gorka, also shared a comical clip of herself, as she put together a jigsaw, asking Mia what type of workout she was going to do. "Upper body, lower body, what you thinking?" she asked.
