Dean Irvine 's family are inviting everyone along to "one big night" in memory of the 11-year-old, who tragically drowned while out playing in Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire, on Saturday, July 24.

The "car meet fundraiser" will be held at Hamilton Palace Ground and the action kicks off at 6.30pm on Saturday, July 31.The aim is to raise cash for Dean's family to help them with funeral costs.William Reid - who is friend of Dean's dad, Dean Snr - has helped to organise the event, and he wants as many people to come along as possible.William, 25, said: "I run one of the convoys in Lanarkshire and we have another core group in Glasgow so we decided to join together for one big night on Saturday night."Dean's dad runs about with us in the cars,.
