Barcelona will reportedly persist in their attempts to sign Bernardo Silva this summer, even if Frenkie de Jong stays at Camp Nou.
Reports have suggested the Catalan club have failed in their bid to register the raft of new signings made this summer. Despite their precarious financial footing, Barca have signed Andreas Christensen, Franck Kessie, Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde, while renewing the contracts of Ousmane Dembele and Sergi Roberto.
None of their new players can currently be registered, and with the new La Liga season approaching, time is running out for Barcelona to balance the books.
Despite that, speculation continues over whether they will make a move for Silva this summer.
