The 19-year-old was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a black hooded top and red Adidas trainers.He is described as being 6'4 inches tall, of slim build with short dark hair.Andrew has links to Crieff and Perth.Police have launched a desperate appeal for information to help trace the teenager.
