The Only Way Is Essex star Kate Ferdinand has opened up about her family life and the love she has for her children. The reality star is married to footballer Rio Ferdinand and they have one child together, while Rio has three children from his previous marriage.

Kate did a Q&A on her Instagram page and one follower asked her if she loved her newborn child more than her stepchildren.

The question was something that Kate has been asked before, but she defended herself and explained that such assumptions are hurtful and upsetting.
