Forensic tents in place outside Manchester house after man stabbed

Two forensic tents are in place outside a house in north Manchester this morning after a man was stabbed. The victim, aged 23, turned up to North Manchester General Hospital with stab wounds at around 7pm last night (Sunday), police said.

It is believed he was attacked earlier in the evening on Fossage Close in Blackley. His injuries, which are on his leg, are not believed to be life-threatening and he remains in hospital in a serious condition. Enquiries are ongoing with a police scene in place outside a house on Fossage Close this morning (Monday). Two forensic tents have been erected.
