Festive fun for wee ones as they take part in Jingle Bell Fun Run

Barshaw Park was alive with the sound of jingle bells on Sunday as the 17th Active Communities Jingle Bell fun run took place.Everyone looked the part with lots of festive costumes including Santas, reindeer, elves and lots of Christmas jumpers.The fun event in Barshaw Park was back in-person after last year’s virtual race with hundreds of runners taking part.There were two races, a 3k at 11am which was open to those aged eight and over and a 1k at 12noon which was open to all ages.Don't miss the latest headlines from around Renfrewshire.
