The 27 year old has jetted off following her recent wedding to England footballer Harry Maguire, 29, with the couple tying the knot in a low-key ceremony at Crewe Registry Office on Thursday 12 May.
Fern and Harry, who share daughters Lillie, three, and Piper, two, were surrounded by their nearest and dearest as they exchanged vows, and are believed to be hosting a second wedding in France this summer.
After marrying the Manchester United ace, Fern has headed to Spain for her hen do alongside a number of fellow WAGs, including England captain Harry Kane's wife Kate Kane.
