Dundee FC's football stadium staff after they heard a strange scratching coming from the loos. The badly hurt creature, which was found on Thursday October 29, is thought to have sneaked into Den's Park unnoticed while coronavirus restrictions leave grounds standing mostly empty.
Sadly, animal welfare experts had to humanely kill the fox after its injured leg - believed to have been caused in a fall - became infected.Scottish SPCA animal rescue officer, Stuart Louch, said: “We’re not sure how long the fox had been in the stadium, it could have been up to a week.“The fox had found his way underneath the concourse.
