' The 61-year-old athlete - who broke the world record for Javelin throwing back in 1986 and went on to win two Olympic medals - is the oldest celebrity contestant ever on the Channel 4 survival show and "loved every minute" of her military-style training.
She said: "I want to prove this old biddy’s still got it. I wanted to do this show because it was a great opportunity to check in on myself and see where I was in my life.

Get Me Out of Here' star has joined the likes of 'Love Island' winner Amber Gill, 25, ex-footballer Ashley Cain, 31, and 'EastEnders' actress Maisie Smith, 21, as part of the lineup and admitted that while none of them knew "what to expect", she is a "tough cookie" who is used to "punishing" herself.
