TOM Hanks has sparked concern among his fans after his arm was seen shaking at the premiere of his new film. A video shows the 65-year-old seemingly unable to control his movement while on stage in Gold Coast, Australia, where he filmed Baz Luhrman’s new film Elvis.

The actor, who plays Elvis’ manager in the movie, could be seen clasping the microphone as he spoke. He told the crowd: “There is no better place in the world to make a motion picture than right here on the Gold Coast. “I've shot films in Morocco and Los Angeles and New York City and Seattle and in Berlin. “None of them have what the Gold Coast have, and what is that?
