If you're currently pregnant you will likely be knee deep in the name game. Choosing your baby's moniker is no easy decision, whether you want to go for something on trend or something totally unique, you will no doubt be consulting baby books and websites.

But the experts at BabyCenter are offering a helping hand and have predicted the top girls and boys names for 2022.Whatever you choose, there are always trends that come and go - and this year is no different.While many of the predicted names remain a constant from previous years, there are a few surprises in the mix as well.

BabyCentre compiles a list of the most popular names searched on the site to predict what parents will call their babies in the months ahead The Mirror reports.
